Examples of EAC experience:
• Conducted an aircraft performance, variable operating cost and cost of ownership review on an airline in order to establish a best match of aircraft to the client operator’s network requirements and business objectives.
• Provided an in-depth commercial review on two separate turbo prop operators’ networks that resulted in the disposal of outdated aircraft that were expensive to maintain. These aircraft were replaced with modern cost-effective fleets.
• Conducted an assessment of the profitability of a national carrier’s domestic operation that resulted in the replacement of its classic B737 fleet by a new generation of single aisle aircraft.
