Examples of EAC and associates experience:
• Conducted an operational due diligence assessment on behalf of a large US investment house planning to acquire three airlines.
• Performed audits of: training (standards) and competency, aircraft maintenance and repair operations (Part 121/145) and airline support operations.
• Performed a business operations review for improvement - for an Electricity and Gas Company. The review was conducted about a year prior to the renewal of some major long-term contracts. A BluePrint was compiled and this became part of their Strategic Planning Process.
• Provided operational/safety/risk proprietary information to Insurers, and Software Developers (ie. Electronic Flight Bags, e-Learning, Risk Software).
• Involved in the design of Mobile4docs where single source updatable and traceable `text’ is formatted in XML for Users. This single source text can be `merged’ with a rule/regulatory requirement and posted `seamlessly’ to a:- PC, Tablet, iPAD, efB and/or the traditional hardcopy manual and/or relevant training materials on powerpoint. There are significant efficiencies (and improvements in safety) in coming into the 21st century with `documentation’.
