Examples of EAC experience:
• Conducted a commercial and operational review of a client airline’s in-house MRO capability and analysed opportunities to expand services to capture third party contracts.
• Determined aircraft and engine maintenance requirements for a client airline, developed requests for proposals for aircraft and engine maintenance, evaluated responses from MROs and prepared contractual documentation for maintenance delivery.
• Conducted numerous pre-IOSA audits on behalf of client airlines, identifying areas of non-conformance with IOSA standards, and recommending corrective measures to be implemented prior to the IOSA audit.
