Examples of EAC experience:
• Evaluated, on behalf of a regional airline client, an opportunity to launch longhaul intercontinental air services as a means of developing inbound tourism. An environmental evaluation identified major risks associated with the plan. An alternative regional strategy was developed focusing the client on regional expansion and the development of strategic alliances to secure access to longhaul capacity and to meet the inbound tourism objectives.

• Designed an offensive network strategy for a client airline to counter its major competitor at its primary hub airport, resulting in improved market share and growth opportunities at the competitor’s expense.
• Identified un-served city pairs and potential new non-stop city pairs with little or no competition for a major Asia-Pacific airline client seeking to improve short-term network performance. The analysis led to significant revenue gain.
• Designed a network strategy for an airline start-up client in a market heavily favouring existing carriers. The strategy ensured that the new airline was able to quickly establish a defendable market position, facilitating a rapid expansion in services.
