Examples of EAC's airport consulting experience:
• On behalf of a gateway airport evaluated alternative options for a new airline client to expand its international and regional presence from the client airport. The analysis considered the regulatory environment and its impact on airline ownership structures, market demand and competition, route and scheduling alternatives, and a simulation of the airline’s projected revenue and operating costs.
• Undertook an airfreight development evaluation for an airport client considering the opportunity to develop an airfreight hub capability. The assessment involved analysis of the transit airfreight potential, sea to air conversion opportunities, competing airport airfreight volumes and opportunities to divert loads via the client airport, and infrastructure requirements.
