1. What consulting services are available from EAC?
EAC provides independent and specialist commercial and operational advice to our clients. Projects may involve the provision of aviation related advisory services, industry analysis, through to airline start-up planning, implementation and launch.
In addition to consultancy services EAC managing partners and associates are available to cover roles within your organisation on a short-term basis. EAC can also assist your organisation in the recruitment process, including role definition and executive search in conjunction with our recruitment partners.
2. Can EAC assist with an airline startup project?
Yes, EAC is able to assist with an airline startup project. 3. My organisation is not an airline but we are seeking aviation expertise, can EAC assist us?
EAC has many non-airline customers including airports, entrepreneurs, investors, governments and NGOs. Typically these customers are seeking insight into the airline industry, assistance in developing a business plan for an airline startup, or assistance in negotiating with industry members. As former airline executives we are well placed to provide these services and to pass on our real world and practical experience.
